I agree about jaquez, not so much herro. Heat were trying to trade him for a few years now. Can score and shoots nice, but injury prone and lacks defense big time. That and its his last year of his contract. They wanted him gone.

weird shit. for the past week out here local sports media been playing these sound bites of Steve Kerr or someone saying "We got him" re: the Buick LeBron. I wasn't buying it bc...how they gonna afford that? The luxury tax thing got old for them, I think. I mean - it helped win some championships but is unsustainable in the long term. A couple of superstars with a gang of noobs won't get it done, Steph and LeBron need a lot of rest minutes.

But the Buick Lebron is an interesting athletic case. We seen plenty of guys over the years leave their team at the end of their careers: Ricky Henderson to NY Yankees, Joe Montana to the KC Chiefs, Tom Brady to Tampa Bay, Jerry Rice to the Raiders, etc. But when they call it a day and hang em up, they come back to their OG team to retire with them, even if it's a sham signing just to end it where it all happened.

So here's my question: who does the Buick LeBron go back to for retirement? Which team does he demand to retire his number? Where is his geographic loyalty?
