Oh right, those are Irish gypsies. They probably have a different flag if they even have one. The wheel flag is for continental gypsies, mostly seen in the Balkans I guess.

Yes we mostly have Irish around here, the settled ones are generally ok

There are gypies all over the balkans and central europe. Alot in Slovakia and Serbia. They descend from Indian merchant caravans IIRC. I've seen gypsy and pikey used interchangably for the Irish travellers.
