I feel like I did really well in this draft. I got some very solid big men that can get me rebound and points along with a SF in Wallace that does it all. I have the scoring with Kobe and Manu. Then my sleepers

Didn't Chuck Hayes not pass his physical and get released?
I think Kobe is going to have a terrible year. Last year he was the 3rd overall player taken and finished outside of the top 20... his legs are going on him and his numbers are going to keep dropping.
Your bigs are very solid in this league, I think that Horford is going to have a great year, as is Nene.

Ya that just came out, hopefully doesnt sideline him too much. I guess the Rockets are gonna look at him again cuz of it.
I think the opposite of Kobe. He has had a longer offseason to recover from all of his injuries and also has a shortened season to do work. In the past Kobe has gone to the Finals, Olympics, Season, Finals, short offseason, Season, Finals. Now he didnt make the Finals and got a longer offseason. I think his hand and legs are gonna be good to go

I think the biggest wildcard is the whole CP3 not going to the Lakers/Odom getting drafted for nothing dynamic.
You know Kobe is pissed about all of it... does he just kind of half *** it and help the Lakers coast into the playoffs as a 5 or 6 seed? Or does it motivate him and put him into killer mode?
All I know is that I'm not going to be taking Kobe with a top 8 pick... too many guys with more upside.
Last thing... it's a shortened season in terms of overall # of games, but in terms of the travel schedule it's a more brutal/grueling year than last year. A lot of these teams have 9 game in 12 day stints and there are a lot of back to back to back games this year... way more than in the past.
At the end of the year you can point and laugh at me as you're league champ and Kobe is back to being a top 5 player.
