if it is i'll be setting the PVR to record the last 15 mins of each episode. i can't imagine sitting through 45 minutes of subtitles and translators. it doesnt interest me at all.

Stream is up now but all empty seats and nothing going on yet. It's setup like a normal pre-fight press conference; seats, waters and mics setup for fighters on each side of the podium. On the left side is 3 seats with the championship belts on the table for Jose Aldo, Shogun, and Anderson Silva.

The stream became unwatchable, every time someone would speak English a translator would speak over them in Portuguese, it was pretty annoying. Junkie has a report on the main page though that Brazil will be having a major PPV there in August.
