So, Wand claims to have proof that the UFC has fixed fights. This is the newest in a long line of crazy statements he has made since he was essentially forced out of the sport for refusing to submit to a random drug test.
For a guy who so clearly loved the UFC just a few years ago it all sounds like sour grapes. But, what if, he's been holding on to some juicy information all these years?

If he actually had proof, he would prove it, not just say he has proof.

I think if he had info, he would have unleashed it last year when he first went on his hate crusade. Why hold onto it? Hell, I would have expected him to use it to get out of his contract. My guess is that his "proof" will simply be him telling us something that he says he heard or saw, I don't think he has actual proof of anything. But then stopped believing him last year after he went on YouTube and played the poor, ignorant foreigner routine while lying about his drug test.

He is talking out his ***. No way in hell he would hold on to that big of a bomb if he had it this whole time.. No one would.

Does the UFC really want Wandis lawyers making all their private s--- part of the discovery and calling who knows how many crazy fucks to testify on the stand against them?

Unless he got 1080p HD video of shady dudes rubbing their hands, getting money for fixed fights by Dana White personally in a dark alley, the Zuffa lawyers will make mincemeat out of Wanderlei in court.

They will - but that doesn't change how much damage he can do to their privacy by dragging their employees through court and subpoenaing their private records. Remember, he'll be the defendant in the suit and allowed to present a vigorous defense for himself,
Is that anywhere nearly close to worth it, to do what? shut up a guy with hardly any credibility anyway?

Things to consider:
Wanderlei is crazy
But even if crazy doesn't mean he is lying.
Maybe he didn't want to hurt the image of his friends in the industry
This might just be the straw that breaks the camel's back and he said f--- it.
He better actually have proof because this won't go away.
If he is telling the truth.....the UFC is in f---ing trouble and those involved will be banned and should serve jail time.

I'm not sure the UFC is worried about what else might be uncovered. He'd be forced to come up with proof pretty quickly. If he didn't have it, there'd be no reason to begin digging into something no one assumed was true. Now if he got someone to testify or had video or a contract or something that demonstrated criminal behavior, then it would terrible. They would have to engage in some serious strong arming, which would only draw attention to themselves.

If he is telling the truth, the UFC is pretty much done and MMA in general will take a massive hit. One of the reasons I have never bought into suggestions of fixed fights is that it would be the end of the UFC and the big three would see their worth reduced by massive amounts, in addition to going to jail. Another reason is that at least one pissed off former fighter would have yapped. If not in public, then to a friend and it would have got out.
No one fight is worth the loss of a billion dollar business. It simply makes little sense. Hell, if ever they were going to fix a fight, it would have been Liddell/Couture I, a Liddell win would have set up Tito/Chuck for the belt. At that time, they were not making money that would have been a huge fight for them. Fixed fights would have taken place when they really needed big fights, not now when they get by no matter what. Hell, if they were doing it now, Cain would have beaten Werdum in Mexico City.

I would like to hear what fights he says were fixed already. What kind of proof could he have though? That's what I've been thinking about.
It wouldn't blow me away to find out they actually have had fixed fights, but coming from Wanderlei it's hard to take serious. Just like when Rampage made claims of being offered to take a dive in Pride I'm not going to take his claims seriously.

If he's telling the truth, I don't really know what will all happen. It obviously doesn't look good but I think the sport is far enough along to survive it in some way. I really don't think the UFC really had anything to gain by fixing fights though. The entire sport works on the basis that anything can happen on any given night. So if stars lose they still have a following are just as important in their next fight despite win-loss records (look at Tito Ortiz).
If he's lying he's going to get sued up the wazoo. Which he'd absolutely deserve if he has zero proof of this.

No, goofy Wand is indeed claiming to have PROOF of fixed fights in the UFC. It was revealed in his latest incoherent video. I think he also accuses Dana of being behind 9-11.
