It means on 3 seperate occasions you have broken forum rules. Feel free to read up on the rules here:

Insults
Trolling
Posting illegal video(Perhaps a UFC fight that was linked to youtube)
You shouldve gotten notes on these when the warnings were sent. If not, well, thats what they were from. Search back through your posts and see if a mod left a note.

Your rule-breaking posts would have been deleted, that's why they don't show up in your posting history.
Just keep your nose clean from here and follow the rules and you'll be fine. With three previous warnings you will lose your posting privileges on your next offense.

Does your warning level stay around forever? I got a warning on like my first day and havent had any since, but my first one is still there.

Yea, it doesnt go away. But if you avoid breaking the rules, youll be fine from here out. Theres guys on here since day 1 without a warning, so it shouldnt be a prob.

Warning level is just a count of how many times you've been formally warned.
They're notes for the
mods
and
admins
to see if you've broken the rules in the past.
If you make a marginal post, and you haven't been warned in the past, you'll probably just receive a non-official PM warning.
if you make break the rules and you haven't been warned before, you'll get a formal warning.
if you've broken the rules many times, you'll get banned.
The warnings are timestamped and have moderator notes on them, so for example seeing you were warned once a year ago isn't going to result in you getting banned immediately if you step out of line again. The
mods
and
admins
will see what happened and react accordingly.

If anyone needs a template for ideal posting, just look over my posts. I've been here for ages like most guys and have never gotten any warnings. But don't look at my old JFC posts.... I'm not proud of some of those posts. All my General mma stuff and my OT stuff is good... Yeah... The JFC has a way of bringing out the demons... Oh yeah...
The Junkie Police are always watching

^^ Unless you have a warning it wont say anything at all...
If you do have a warning level its found in your "User Control Panel" at the bottom of the screen.
