UFC 328: Chimaev vs. Strickland | Newark

So I'm really intrigued by this whole thing. I called one of my attorneys and asked about the legality of it. He basically said what I thought "everything is legal unless you get arrested or sued." So I then found the firm that represents USA Today and emailed them. I let them know about this venture since I didn't get my 51%. Hope it works out.
Noob

Guys been mailing USA Today about this for months

Let us know if they return your email. They won't return ours.

Legally, were covered, we made due diligence to try and purchase before remaking our own. And again, if you would like to be majority owner, we can talk terms.

Sweet. At least you guys did your due diligence legally. Sending those emails is probably all you need to steal intellectual property. I'm on your side. Just give me the 51% and I will defend us from any liability. Brick gets a 24-hour ban first.
Its a TM issue at most, easy fix. I'm keeping my share anyway, gives me a lofty high horse to post from
