I never really understood Colby Jack's place. It's trying to be two things at once. It does happen to be my 4 year old daughter's favorite cheese.

I would have gone

1) Cheddar
2) Monterey Jack
3) Mozzarella
4) Swiss
5) Provolone

It has its place. Goes great on a burger or a grilled cheese sandwich. Not much else use for it, though.

Swiss, overrated. Like the country and the chocolates. More hype than substance imo.

Are we counting queso dip as a cheese product? Cuz that would score high.

What abkut breakfast poutine. I heard that's a thing in Canada. Take out the fries and gravy as that's too heavy they say for early in the morning, but they still keep the cheese curds though. Lol

Thank god I always have shredded cheddar for those occasions! Lol.

I absolutely cannot eat a slice of American cheese by itself. A grilled cheese is about it these days, and I barely ever eat those anymore.
