The whole idea in our forum is to NOT moderate such things like in other places

This was a moderators group majority decision. The discussion was going nowhere in the last pages, just Crete and Motives insulting each other. It was time for everybody to calm down.

Also, comparing us to Mania is ridiculous. In 2 months we locked only 1 thread, We banned no one, nobody got a warning, etc.

There's a difference between moderating to stop discussion and moderating to let waters calm.

I'm good with their decision, I know better than anyone how I can get with a certain type of person. They'll probably unlock once they're certain I wont go full me in it anymore.

And I've always been clear, and will continue to say it, feel free to ban me anytime you feel it's warranted.

Again, I know me. I'm good with it. I also will not stop being me, particularly when dealing with a certain subset of people.

Pit brokered a truce, which I'm planning to stick too. But the other party agreed to it, and then immediately set back to poking at me.

So I'll tell you straight, don't matter the thread, I'll keep quiet until given a reason not to, and then I'll go back to me being me.

Again, you need to ban me for it, I'm fine with it.

I know, I'm not saying it in relation to this. Just in general. You know what a loose cannon I can be and there do come times where I decide I will listen to no one.

We're all here to have fun and enjoy the community.

And as much fun as *I* have going off on a certain subset of person, that entertainment wears thin fast for many others, and quickly becomes annoying, or even uncomfortable, and discourages participation in other areas.

Basically my fun comes at the expense of many others fun, and after letting it go so far, the train needs to return to the tracks so everyone can get what they came here for.
