Alright, hate to do this, but regardless of the scores of this round I need to be eliminated.
I got lucky this past week and had a window spontaneously appear, but that certainly won't be the norm in the future, and I just won't have the time to do this proper.
Between the wife's work/travel schedule and some (actually very positive) developments in my own life, what little free time I had is now disappearing completely.
Figure this is the best place in the comp to do it, but I just won't be able to have the time. Sorry y'all.

I had trouble finding much in the way of really high scores here, maybe just one entry. Either they weren't really "unpopular opinions" (you really need a hot take of some kind in this category, not something mildly controversial), or they were but the arguments weren't all that convincing.
Another pretty subjective category; I'm thinking we're going to see a lot of judging variance again.

I'm agreeing with rhino. Whether or not I agreed with the opinion beforehand and no bearing on whether it's deemed "unpopular" among fandom in general. My point was a 55/45 issue does not resonate as well in this category as an 80/20 issue when the contestant is taking the 20% side. We had more of the former than the latter.
