Very disappointed in Tuchels tactics going 1-0 up. England were in complete control until then but putting in defenders with 20 minutes to go with zero offence is diabolical. We were worse after doing that. Wide open on the right side. It’s not going to work with a team like Argentina. Saka should’ve been on earlier. We had a huge opportunity to get to the final and Tuchel shit the bed. One of the worst decisions in football I’ve ever seen. We don’t need to pack the defence when we’ve got world class midfielders that can come on and do a job in midfield, and help out the defence. They needed shutting down and they just invited the attacks. Garbage tactics.

Argentina haven’t played well at all in this cup. They’ve had luck along the way with the referees and VAR, barely beating ok teams. England screwed this up, the manager screwed it up big time. They couldn’t even close them down on the edge of their own area. They don’t have a shot against Spain and I got zero doubt their luck will run out on Sunday.

If they had a harder path to the final they would’ve lost. If they played Portugal or Morocco they would’ve went out. They’ve struggled with teams that aren’t better than those teams. Englands tactics lost them that game, they lost their shape, attacking options, everything went out the window when he did that. Don’t know wtf he was thinking but for 60 minutes, we were in total control, oh here comes the defenders, wtf? This is ted lasso tactics. Argentina will be screwed when Messi retires
 
I figure U.S. ratings for the final went down by about 70% because of England being out. Who gives AF if Spain or Argentina wins in this country? Nobody.
