Book Reviews

@Nastycrow you're now attacking both the letter of the law and the spirit of the law.

@Eranys always trying to enforce only HIS ruleset which always leaves the black man out in the cold. Or in the hot sun. THAT

@Brick I asked for suggestions about reading either "The Book of Accidents," or "The Buffalo Hunter Hunter." You suggested neither, but applied logic (I looked it up...it means...it's something about...gosh...I don't know....men use it....) in pushing me toward the latter. So I read "Accidents," suggested by @ABB (thank you for your input) first (best for last). Banal. Likely this will become a Netflix episodic featuring a handful of the 34 actors that Netflix recycles through their productions ad nauseam. Already "Buffalo" is more enticing and I've only just begun.

So what we've learned here is Brick > ABB.

@Brick I would say, Brick 1, ABB 0
See? My original assumption, which was used as a guided meditation, was accurate: accidents are rarely true accidents.

Choosing to devour the superficial before the profound is a step toward meaning, for one may struggle to differentiate between superficial and profound prior to experiencing one of the polar opposites.

Don't eat the apple, @Tosh , and don't suggest your toxically masculine partner do it either. Or you fuck it up for all of us for eternity.

@ABB My partner is only toxic because the dead indeed emit noxious flotsam and jetsam. Thanks for bringing up that painful memory.

me and @Eranys are playing "Go about your day" and today is his day. This morning my assignment to him was to sprinkle several handfuls of cat litter on the floor, take 18 steps across it in bare feet, then 18 steps back to where he started. Then he had to immediately put on his socks and boots without wiping his feet, and go about his whole day like that.

IDK how he's doing but do you think I should be worried about what he's gonna have me do tomorrow? @Tosh ?

@ABB He will allow you to choose between eating a worm infested apple, or fucking things up for all eternity.
