Do you know why the Elliot fight is at catchweight?

Did they fine him?

I haven't come across anything official saying it was Chairez who missed. And because there was no fine, the catchweight was most likely agreed upon before the weigh-in.

But, watching the weigh-in, and just looking at body language, I thought, probably was Chairez who was having trouble.

How far before the actual weigh-in the catchweight was agreed upon is a bit of a mystery, cause there's nothing out there. As far as I could find, mind you I don't do X anymore, mmaweekly might have had something.
