But, hold on, the old site JUST UPGRADED their version of Xenforo to 2.3 (the same one we use). So, they did take action months after we moved here. They had a really old version before that. Now, will they maintain like before, ie, do almost nothing or will there be more pro-active? Who knows?

Btw, they still didn't back the FORUM tab on their main page.

Anyway, the advantages we have here are that we're in FULL control of the software and WE make the decisions. We also added a bunch of very useful add-ons, some you're aware of and that you can see and some others that are under the hood adding extra performance and value to our site. Besides, at the old place I couldn't have been able to add the TFF and IJFL tournament app.

And to be very transparent to you all about our "under the hood" add-ons, here's the full list. Don't hesitate to ask questions about the add-ons you don't understand or if you want more clarity:

Did they ever do something for their money?
We pay for a banned user add-on AND the show member is bannes add-on..

Care to explain "Free Headlines Widget"?!?!

LOL! No, I paid $50 of my own pocket to buy the whole library of add-ons made by Andy B. We're just using a small bunch of them (the other ones we don't need). Andy had more than a 580 add-ons in his library.

User agents just shows me what type of devices people uses to access the site. Helps me to configure things better, like the Dark Mode problem. More people use a mobile device to access the site than a PC. I didn't know that before I installed this add-on. And I was concentrating a %100 of my time for the PC version. When I saw that stat, and ABB post, I realized I had to work on it right away.

Completely different. Banned users just shows me who's banned and some other stuff. We don't use it much, like not at all, because we don't ban often. This one I could remove. I installed it just to see what it does and never got around to delete it.

Show member is banned and puts the word Banned under the name of a banned member. I find it useful because people won't ask "Where's member X?" when they see they were banned. I would have like for the add-on to show the time period the member was banned for or a counter but it doesn't have those features.

What? Im sure you said they were free ad ons?
Either way thank you. I do look at the error logs from time to time but left you to it. If you want that to change just shout
