I don't think I wrote a single paper in school at any point before either the night before the due date, and occasionally the morning of the due date. I hated school.

This was me, 100%.
I remember one time, I think it was 6th grade, I stayed up so late my mom told me to go to bed and finish in the morning. The next morning, my mom called into my room and asked if I was working on it and I yelled back that I was. As it turns out, I completely dreamed that I got up and was writing the paper and thought I was honestly telling her I was. When she came into my room eventually to see if I was getting ready for school, we were both extremely surprised to find that I was asleep the whole time.
