With 175 in the JFC & 100 guys in the UJC that makes 275 in 2 leagues only. Could we possibly go to 3 or 4 leagues if all 275 guys are around in like say 5 fights? 275 is a ton of people for 2 leagues and 2 belts. Maybe we could do like 5 divisions like weight classes? I don't know, just throwing idea out there.

Interesting...I wouldn't mind that. I think that would be pretty fun.

It seems that there are a lot of these junkie radio listeners joining up. Maybe it would be good to start a seperate league for those guys that want to fight each other. There would probably be enough of them just to have their own league.

+1
Radio League
They call each other out
plus 'we', (the leaders blue, fudge, cast) could help them get started

I think weight classes by experience level could be fun.
I.E. longest running fighters are heavyweights. When you get enough fights you move up a weight division, etc.
Will make a natural "prestige" progression to holding the belt in a heavier weight class.

I think the radio idea is not a good one. For one thing....the JFF is as big as it is partly because they pub it so much, so then to separate them is dumb.....there are too many crossovers. Goze is in a title fight, GG is climbing, and there are many guys who are both listeners and JFF like me.
PS....my count is
196 fighters

All of these guys aren't going to stay around.
It takes guys 3-5 fights to even be in contention and 7-10 to be ranked decent.....most of these guys won't last.
If it is becoming to much work maybe use Co-Presidents and split the load up.
I like the growth of the leagues...it seperates the men from the boys.
No need to water it down for a bunch of newbs that haven't proven anything yet.
No new league's please.

There will never be weight classes. Everyone will want to be in the heavyweight class, because even if we consider the weight classes equal, people would perceive the heavyweight division as the top division
Since fudge made the log to have the last 5 events holding more weight, it only takes people about 4-5 events to earn a contender fight.

That means more presidents, and stuff like that.
Until the presidents (cast and fudge) feel its time, I see no reason.

I like the added competition myself. For the guys in the top 10 it means a lot more to be a top 10 out of 100 or 175 guys then it is to be top 10 out of 40 or 50. just my opinion but I would like to see this increased competition stick around for awhile. I kinda have a feeling most of the newer guys will only stick around for 4-5 fights then quit.

I think 2 main leagues are fine. Plenty of fighters at 0-1 are going to drop out.

It won't matter what they want to be in. Heavyweights will be guys with 50+ fights, LHW's 40-50, etc. etc. etc. No "choosing" necessary.

Well, seeing as the JFC is just getting to it's 50th fight card, Heavyweight would be pretty thin.
(no pun intended either). I don't think that it would happen though.
