Yes

Yes
3 - Are cockroaches and butterflies equal?
Not in my book, cockroaches are like the underworld of insects. When I see them I think "dirty" and try and exterminate them as quickly as possible. Butterflies, yeah they are an insect, but don't bother me.

1&2 - I stopped enjoying killing things in my early 20's. Not to say I won't still do it, but taking money for it would make it a guilty pleasure. So, no.
3 yes

Forget the killing. For $1000 I'd eat whole a normal-sized roach or butterfly.

It's two totally different scenarios. If your asking if I would go hunt for a cockroach living in the wild just to step on its head then thats pretty weird.. but if a cockroach is in my house, i'd kill the SOB because it typically brings friends w/ it.
I would probably never rip the wings off a butterfly because thats inflicting cruelty just for the sake of being sadistic. If on the other hand a caterpiller was metamorphin into a butterfly right in my house, id' scoop it up and throw its *** outside.
I don't pretend to know if caterpillars or butterflies are equal, I just know that they are far less important to me than most other things.

i dont know anyone whos house or apartment was ever infested by butterflies.(im not saying it cant happen) thats like asking if there is a difference between rats and rabbits. generally you dont wind up with rabbits in your apartment building. maybe in your garden but thats still not the same.

I wouldn't go bragging or take a lot of pride in ripping a butterflies wings off, but for $1,000 sure I would do it.
I don't really understand the concept of butterflies and cockroaches being equal... that'd be like asking if humans and corn are equal. I mean they're equal in the fact that they both exist on Earth, but they're different in a hell of a lot more ways then they're equal.
