I don't like Cruz jumping the line after 3 years inactivity. But I see this as a very favourable match up for him. His MMA wrestling and jitsu are good enough to hang with Henry, he's got a gas tank that can match Henry's and he will have a substantial size advantage. We saw how he used that versus Mighty Mouse.​

I know Cruz isn't as deserving as someone like Yan or Sterling considering his layoff and latest loss.
HOWEVER...
He's a much more deserved challenger than Aldo was, who has lost 2 in a row, and NEVER won a fight in the bantamweight division for which he was challenging the title.

I'm leaning more towards father time taking it from Cruz more than anything. Not a fan of Cejudo, but his striking keeps improving fight after fight.

Cruz will most likely get hurt and they will end up scrambling to find a replacement in the final days.
Regardless of rankings and inactivity, he would be my last choice for a replacement.
