The UFC has another new heavyweight in its ranks – and he’s a former Bellator champion.
Alexander Volkov (26-6 MMA, 0-0 UFC) has signed with the UFC, a promotion official today confirmed to MMAjunkie, and will meet Timothy Johnson (10-2 MMA, 2-1 UFC) at UFC Fight Night 99 in November in Northern Ireland.

Definitely an intriguing addition to a division that could certainly use some new blood, and at 27 he's also some much needed youth at HW. I dont see him ever being champ, but I think he can crack the top 10 or 15.

27 year old HW! Wrestling/grappling is sub-par, strength is a deficiency... but a quality prospect, nonetheless.
