Pavia was a really cool guy I actually talked with him and Mark Coleman for about 15 minutes and Ken was asking me about my fights and stuff. Both were awesome guys and Josh Thompson is hilarious he had people rolling at the weigh ins.

Yah he is short and round. You should look at the picture of me standing next to Josh Thompson, that guy is huge for 155 and gives me hope in my ability to get down to 155.

thanks man, it kind of just fell into my lap when he tried to roll.
I have been training MMA for almost 2 years now. I wrestled my whole life and started learning submission wrestling when after high school. I actually taught myself a lot of the submissions from videos Rich Franklin style. It wasn't until I started training that I got really good at them, and started using proper technique.

He went for that reverse triangle, an it looked tight but there was a little gap that I was in that I could breath and blood wasn't getting cut off.

Haha im at work and zoned out on that part..after watching again it did look tight as hell. Going to sleep from a triangle is the worst feeling in the world
