Bans need to be explained w/reference to offending post.

I recently received a ban for 'Rules violations'.
I understand there must be rules, but it's very important to isolate and explain which rule has been broken by citing the post that resulted in the ban when it is issued. You can't sentence people without charge.
Kafka wrote an entire book about it. The trial.
Bans are obviously necessary but explaining them is equally so.
