I just checked Barao's Wikipedia page. The opponents he fought and beat before 2010 i've never even heard of? He is a great fighter, but hes nowhere near GOAT/Legend Status.

Suck it Fedor! Your legacy has been broken by a Brazilian who's just a little over half your size!

yeah except barao is fighting the best in the world, in sanctioned fights

so what you're saying is Fedor had the harder fights as all his oppponents were all on steroids?
If only the UFC fighters and their sanctioned fights could get away with something similar..... TRT maybe?

and Barão is still getting 11k for show and 11k for win. (ofc he got ppv money on the last event, but still...)

You base that info on 2 year old certified salaries, Barao probably got much more.

And yet it's Fedors name that still pops up, he's not my GOAT or in my top 10 to think about it. What he has done in his career is down right impressive to the point where is name is still brought more than anyone in the UFC hall of fame.
Everyone that fights wants to cement a "legacy" this is a fighter that did this not with trash talk, or his antics outside the ring, but the good old fashioned way with his fists

No I base that on the biggest media from latin america (Globo), from 2 days ago, that states Aldo got over 10x more money than Barão.
