I can't remember for sure but I think locks are determined based on odds or something, but that's all I remember

I used best fight odds to get locks from biggest favorite to smallest favorite for lock order.
Then to tapology
If over 65 percent dec then its dec 3
If under 65 percent dec then KO-3 or Sub-3 depending on if KO or Sub is more.
If over 65 percent on KO or Sub then its KO 1 or Sub 1.

No penalty, only a slight bonus for beating base set
