always liked that dude....i remember thinking he would crush Florian and i was bummed out when he lost.....i think he was injured before he was submitted in that fight which made it all the more bitter tasting. I totally agree with your assessment.

Werdum wasnt cut. He had a 4 fight deal that stated if he won 3 straight, he'd get a title shot. He lost his fourth fight (to Dos Santos), and has to renegotiate a new deal. The UFC and his camp couldnt come to terms.
