I couldn't find a gif, but Palhares's armbar on Salaverry was very nice.

Palhares/Salaverry, Hazelett/Burkman and Aurelio/Roberts are probably my favourite armbar finishes.

The people on these forums who complain about it complain about lay n pray. But love to see entertaining grappling.
Just like how people like to see guys standing and throwing but hate to see guys stalling and not throwing anything.

This was an awesome submission... Saw it live in Spain... Chris only had 6 monthts of BJJ training and we even warned him about Vinny and his flying armbars lol... Vinny has Top 5 jitz in the world....

I think the arm triangle inside the guard of Brian Foster by Rick Story deserved some credit. That was pretty awesome.
Faber's one handed guillotine of Cruz was pretty good too....can't recall seeing that any other time.
Phil Davis' anaconda choke on Gustaffson was impressive as well.
So many candidates you could add to this list!

I only recall Weidman's and Jon Jones' vs Lyoto (i guess that was a variation of one up against the cage)

I somewhat recall more, but all the gifs seem to be disappearing. That one where the dude had the other guys legs right off the ground.
