From ProMMANow:
Lance Pugmire of the Los Angeles Times has confirmed that the UFC is in contract talks with former UFC Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar. Apparently taking to Twitter he broke the news that until now was just rumor. Is Brock coming back only time will tell. Here is the tweet in question:
@danawhite told me last week he was “talking” to @DCBROCKLESNAR but wouldn’t announce anything until a signing.

According to Lordsofpain.net, “Some have speculated that Lesnar and his management continue to use both the UFC and WWE against each other to drive up his contract demands.”

I doubt he comes back, he's older and most likely slower than when he left, but with GSP and Anderson gone, I could see Zuffa begging Brock to come back. They might be offering him ridiculous money.

You must've not seen those knees and that kimura he got on Mark Henry yesterday. He's still quick.

Dislocated and fractured his elbow. Serious Thai clinch and Jiu Jitsu.
If I was Dana White or Vince McMahon I'd want Brock to be doing both simultaneously. Am I crazy for thinking this way? It's Brock Lesnar, not Cain or JDS.

I think it's probably not something Dana would want to do, but it would be kinda cool if they did some kind of staredown on Raw between Brock & his next UFC opponent

Maybe I'm being optimistic, but I think we are beyond the point where MMA will be hurt with affiliations with pro-wrestling. At least I think the viewers gained from some minor co-promotion will outweigh any negative attention (anybody who is still even on the fence that MMA might be faked like pro-wrestling isn't going to watch it any time soon).

I hope this works out. Brings a name back to this sport. Would like to see him and Reem again or Carwin.

I think Carwin retired.

Wasnt Carwin only saying a week or so ago he wants another fight?
As for Lesnar I dont want to see him back, he cant beat anyone relevant imo so whats the point.

If Carwin did, I dont remember seeing it. Not saying he didn't, just I dont remember it. If he did, then it would be a good match up.

Fair enough. I stand corrected.
