so Penn is still trying to fight at FW? How many though there'd be a day when fans could say, Penn needs to move up in weight to fight better.

What would you say was his problem. He looked horrible, from his stance to how lethargic he was. He was never a high volume fighter. So cutting down would hurt his energy and output in a fight.

BJ should be in Ric Flair WrestleMania 24 territory right now. One more loss, and his career should be done. It's not fair to his family to keep putting them through this kind of torment, because while his wins have always been spectacular, his losses have always been like watching car crashes.

Siver is probably the most high profile fighter at 145 that BJ could actually defeat, IMO.

This. The pairing makes sense. Siver has name value, but I dont see him as being that far ahead of BJ at this point in their careers

This will be interesting. Penn's big criticism has always been his training ethic. Being at Jackson-Wink now will absolutely remove that factor. With a quality team behind him, will he be able to fine tune his game? Or is he past his prime? Guess we'll see.

Man if BJ cannot defeat Siver he should definitely retire for good, I personally think he will win this fight as BJ is better in every single area of the game so will be interesting to see how this plays out.
