Brock Lesnar is a good wrestler and anyone who doubts is very ignorant.
With that said he is a great wrestler. My father ( Scott Hall aka Razor Ramone ) was a pro wrestler who used to take me on the road with him all the time so i got a chance to hang around with pretty much every wrestler in the game.
When Brock first came ( this was like the second or third day he joined the WWE ) before a show one day he was saying he was hot s**t and challenged Kurt Angle to a match ( amatuer wrestling best of ten takedowns in the ring).
Kurt Angle whooped his ***, i swear to god i was there and can testify that i saw Kurt Angle takedown Brock Lesnar who at the time had eighty pounds on him down six times in a row in dominating fashion.
Eighty pounds is a astronomical number to give up in weight in a wrestling match but apparently its not equvielant to a olmpic gold medal.

I don't believe you. I know wrestling like the back of my hand, and I just don't believe it. I have seen both Kurt Angle and Brock Lesnar in their amateur wrestling days, and they are both pretty damn good. However, when you both almost equal on speed, technique, and strength, then the heavier guy will always win, especially at a 80 pound advantage.
Also, if you want to say Brock Lesnar muscled his way to the top, then wtf happened with Monson? I wrestled heavyweight in high school when I weighed about 200 pounds. There was always a 80 pound disadvantage for me in the matches. If the other guy was about he same experience as me, he would just smother me with his weight. If the other guy was less experienced, I would always win. There was the one guy who was about 6' 6, 275 pounds, and told me he benched over 400 pounds, but this was his first year wrestling. I was 5' 11, 200 pounds, benched 210, and was in my fourth year. I couldn't pin him cause he kept pushing me off him, but you get the idea. Strength never beats technique.

Good point tecnique does prevail over strength.
