How freakin weak is Ohio State? Dribble kick on your 2nd possession up 7-0 on a 44 point dog at HOME! thats weak!!! I hope they get another SEC team in a bowl game this year. Its always fun to watch because Ohio State looks like they are moving in slow motion when on the field w/a SEC team

WTF is exactly your beef? It was 7-0 at the time, not like it was 44-0 (yet). It is not like they automatically roll over big underdogs (Purdue game, for example). Taking a risk early to try to put the game away, nothing wrong with that.

theres a big difference btwn purdue and new mexico st. try to put it away early against Michigan try an onside kick, sure. against new mexico st, come on. Anyway it would be better 'practice' to try in practice against their own kids than to 'practice' it against new mexico's first team special teams.

Actually no it wasn't, but it might have turned into that after i re-read my post. I didnt know the cured AIDS part. But really you don't agree, Sec teams make OSU look slow?
I took the 44 and NMS, could be sitting 4 -0 already. I think that was why the thread started........

Eh, in hindsight, sure. But Purdue was 1-5 coming into that game and they embarrassed OSU. Anything to prevent that from happening again is fair game. Nothing is a gimmie.
