For sure come over and chill, and man i'm going to be working so hard to put kam in a grave. I'm mentally prepared (all i needed to do was talk to rampage and he made me feel good in that dept), my BJJ is top notch ( went to hawaii to train with Penn himself, plus i needed someone to motivate me to want to taste the canadian blood). For my conditioning and stand-up went to good old wandy (that snorkel training is no joke, plus i needed someone to teach me a proper rape-choke the way he did to jardine). This isn't everything i've been doing but folks keep up with my posts for all the latest and greatest, i should title it how to wreck a team manager.
