Neither have you. Sounds like you chose to though, so suck it up princessYou've obviously never had to slowly crawl through a few hundred yards of nettles on your hands and knees to get within bow distance of a bull elk.

We would not expect a European to understand such things.Neither have you. Sounds like you chose to though, so suck it up princess
Its just a cultural difference. We would not expect a European to understand such things.
Obviously as @Eranys pointed out you have never hunted anything so explaining when there is a 6x6 bull elk 150 yards out, you dont have a choice. You get into shooting range by any means necessary.Neither have you. Sounds like you chose to though, so suck it up princess
I think my McFriend was saying that since you can buy meat in the grocery store, there is no need to hunt. These people do not understand how life was meant to be lived. I doubt his mind even entered into the complexities of stalking and lining up proper shots.Obviously as @Eranys pointed out you have never hunted anything so explaining when there is a 6x6 bull elk 150 yards out, you dont have a choice. Ya I did a moose hunt in Alberta a few years back. Crossing the boarder with a .300 Win Mag was fucking insane. Its just a cultural difference.
In Ireland, the deer just kill themselves. Because if the Irish have to forage for food in the forest, there isn't anything left for the deer. Easier to just jump off a cliff
Which is kinda similar to Canada. There the deer also kill themselves, but with government sanction and the proper tax stamp applied.

When I moved up here, I didn't even consider going through Canada. I had half a dozen handguns and three long guns. The Alaska Ferry was one the best trip I've taken in my whole life.Ya I did a moose hunt in Alberta a few years back. Crossing the boarder with a .300 Win Mag was fucking insane.

Ouch that hurts. I'll probably have to get a free ambulance to my free hospital for that booboo. We would not expect a European to understand such things.
That, or find a shot thats not wading through a nettle field. Either way, Jiri did it for fun and I'm supposed to sympathise? He is one of the first in line to pick up some fresh GMO meat made from insects.

Deer? If we let that shit slide we'd lose more than the Magaloceros. Pigeon only on my plate. And beansIts just a cultural difference.

They are so casual about guns on the ferry. They took my gun cases, put them in a pile in a secure room, and that was it. No security or forms. Super easy.
