First, a public thank you to Iceman and the rest of his team for not taking advantage of Silva's offer and fighting and winning on their own.
It is because of people like this, that our e-sport can continue with class and dignity like the MMA Warriors that we follow.
Moving on to those without the Martial Spirit, SilvaFTW...
Something has to be done.
There are few cardinal rules and this guy has managed to break them.
He has already served a suspension for having multiple accounts, now he gives up our training center and essentially the way the People's looks at fights??
Either we as a fantasy fighting community do nothing, and set a dangerous precedent
or
The guy is punished and we set a precedent that way.
I would like to see him banned since it's his SECOND offense, but I am not JFF brass. So, i humbly ask the commission to serve swift justice and defend the basic tenets of our e-sport that separate us from Sherdog.

Is it true that breakdowns are deleted 3 weeks afterwards?
How much in depth secret information is actually currently contained within the site.
These are honest questions because I personally would like all the information before I speak with the other presidents.

Yes breakdowns are hiding after 21 days and Only Admins can see it.

I think one important thing needs to be cleared up.....even though Silva may be the admin on that site, do the other CP members train there too or is it JUST Silva's site? And if CP went and trained there, did they train there thinking it was just for their team; believing they could post breakdowns and not worry about non-CP members reading it?

That was OUR TEAM training site
If we had trained on that site, all of our breakdown's would have completely visible to the world.
WE fortunately trained via PM, mainly because SilvaFTW posted NON STOP about getting in the training center...which was very unusual.
I have felt something was up with the dude, and made the right call.
That does not clear this guy from
his
actions. Attempting and failing is just as wrong as attempting and succeeding.
I ask you all to think of this as if your own team was given up.

Silvaftw posted the training login info AFTER he left Cecil's People's. It's true the Cecil training boards weren't too active lately and there's no future event threads posted at the moment.
But I made it clear in a PM that Cecil's People's was not dead and sticking around last weekend.
You leave a team, you don't post their training information. Plain and Simple.
Honestly, based on my observations of Silva at mmajunkie, I COULD believe Silvaftw that maybe he was just trying to show the layout and is just that stupid that he wouldn't realize he was giving away our information. I can't pinpoint the exact time when Silvaftw/Mr. Fundamentals started banging heads and if that correlates to the time when Silvaftw posted our training site info.
Meanwhile everybody's taking a peak. :roll:
Whether it was or wasn't his intention to sabotage us, I agree with Fundamentals that it definitely deserves a suspention, possibly a ban, especially with his past violations.

Honestly I appreciate the honest answers from Alton, GCAD, Silva and others.
That will make the presidents job easier when it comes to making a decision about everything.
Thank you all, I cant sit here and put a time table on anything, becasue it will depend when we can all discuss everything.
This has been much easier though with the forthcoming of info.

Didnt you give them an admin account information. So that would give them the ability to extract breakdowns(Even though PA was cool enough not to). Even if you arent an admin there are tabs that allow you to pull up threads from 1 month, 6 months, even all threads if they were not deleted. Nothing on a teams website should ever be given as free information. You have shown us what team disloyalty truley is time and time again. You deserve a ban, and I hope that the JAC sees it the same way.

The fact that you left his username/password available after he quit is kind of your bad.
That being said, still a scumbag action on his part and I don't condone what he did in any way. I'm just saying that even though it's a jerk thing to do, it's not really explicitidly against the rules (to my knowledge)... so I don't think a ban would be appropriate.
I do think people who realize what a scumbag he is, and shouldn't allow him on a team... but that's just my thoughts

The issue with the quoted portion above is that Silva apparently hadn't actually left CP yet so they wouldn't have know to block him. Plus he is the admin so They would actually have to delete everythgin and open a new board without him in order to block him. Not their fault though.

Well, check that. When Silva got banned I was on High Waves with him... Koos, myself, NS2B and dnfaught shut down that board completely (Silva was the admin) and created a new training camp on a new board.
I don't know, I guess it would have been extreme in the case above (Silva wasn't banned for cheating), but still... if you don't want soemone on your boards, find a way to deny their logon credentials.

Gordon I left the team Saturday Night right after UFC 119, I sent a msg to the team saying Im out because they aren't active enough . The only one who can remove me is MadXyientist and he wasn't on for 3wks.

I'll give you credit, publicly you have some thinking you are well intended fool, but not me.
You are serious as hell about "Fantasy" fighting, and you scheme and plan dirty s--- trying to find validation.
If you are smart enough to know how to choose a lock order, you are smart enough to know posting our training center was wrong.
Otherwise, you could have gone to me and said- "hey, this is what i did" or, simply described we how ran it.
Or you would have apologized publicly after it was brought to your attention that you f---ed up bigtime.
But you didn't. You expected an outcry because you know full well that you were f---ing up while you were sending your login info.
In the simplest terms, you tried to give up a nugget to another team so that you would be accepted.

Is is actully true. GCAD sent me a PM saying that exact same thing. on monday or tuesday i believe. Silva Informed Us (PA) that Guida was a free agent and that CP was all but done, so i sent a PM to GCAD to see if was intrested in joining PA. GCAD said pretty much the same thing that Funds is saying. (that they werent sure what was going on and if he actually left or not.
