Kind of an old clip but never seen this before... Head cam video of Barao and Faber training with their trainer (looks like at a media day) before 149. Cool clip... it's really something how fast these guys are just throwing punches or throwing 2 punches and a kick in 1 second... it's also something keeping that kind of pace of 3 or 5 rounds.

Well... ok. I guess I can't do that yet. Gotta put up 50 posts before posting a link. Crap. Well if anyone is interested, the clip is up on Yahoo Sports today but it looks like it was a UFC marketing clips of some kind so it may be on their website too.

I typed out the message and posted it first, then realized I forgot to put the link in there so I went back to edit it. But when I cut and pasted the link in and hit post, I got an error that said I need to post 50 messages first. So I guess so...
