I think a Primetime Series would have been great. I wouldn't have had a problem with that at all.

Btw, on UFC's website they are only showing 11 minutes of the actual countdown between Machida vs. Shogun. It was longer than that. 5thround.com has almost 18 minutes worth.

They probably did that because there isn't much to talk about with Machida vs Shogun 2.
Most of it was covered on the previous countdown for their first fight. The only difference this time was what they covered (the judging, how both camps reacted, and new plans).
Might as well cover other noteable fights on the card. Semtex vs Koscheck is gonna be sick!
