I read on groundandpound.de ( http://www.groundandpound.de/News/Amerika/Frank-Shamrock-kampft-gegen-Nick-Diaz.html ) that Cyborg is now under contract with strikeforce, and wants to fight on April 11 against Gina. They are now only waiting to hear what Gina says about the invitation.

After seeing both of them fight a couple of times I think this fight will be more hype than anything else. Cyborg will destroy Gina (although beautiful). Cyborg is just a different kind of animal and Gina has weight an endurance issues.

I think her weight issues were because Elite created a weight class a t 140lb and Cyborg fought at 148 last time. If Strikeforce sets the womens division at 145 it shouldnt be a problem.
I wasnt aware of any endurance issues Gina has had...

I would love to see this fight, the women always bring the s--- to the cage. However, I do see Cyborg murderlizing Gina in this one. Cyborg just looks so dominate, that woman is a violent instrument in the cage.

Maxwell, Kedzie, Kobald went to decision. She looked good against Kedzie and Kobald was the one breathing hard trying to get Gina to the ground. But again, they focus on Ginas weight but say nothing about Cyborg fighting at 148.5....so i'll be interested to see what weight class Strikeforce will set for the women

I had just hbo and cinemax..and i was gonna swap cineman for showtime, but it was only $7 a month. Definitely a good investment....

i think it will be a great fight...Gina has some great knees & front kicks which can keep Cyborg away. Both have big power in their fists...so it will be interesting to see how Gina reacts when she's tested for the first time (and vice versa)

wow that was quite the awkward moment btwn Gary Shaw and Gina. I saw that fight, but guess I didn't pay attention to that part of it. I'm glad he's not running things anymore. Scott is gonna do a great job and already has at Strikeforce. I bet CBS and Showtime are gonna have Strikeforce compared to how Elite XC was run
