I've never heard anybody ask Dan Hardy or Paul Daley if they would fight one another. I know they're from the same camp and if Dan Hardy loses to GSP that match up would probably make sense. And that would be an amazing fight.
Anybody heard anything?
They don't strike me as the type of guys who would fight each other. It's ashame they're gonna give Daley a title shot when he beats koscheck because he couldn't really stuff Shields takedowns imagine what GSP would do. I hope the team rough house guys go far though

I thought they were giving the title shot to the winner of the Fitch Alves fight, then have Daley/KOs winner fight Paulo Thiago for a shot

I think they will give the title shot to Fitch if he wins, but if alves wins the winner of Daley/KOS gets it.

actually I asked Hardy this exact question during the 107q&a. He said no they will not. They've trained together for like 8 years now. Said they go back n forth depending on how hung over Semtex is. Dan did say he routinely beats Paul at chess tho. I think I also asked who the better striker was aswell
I kind of want Hardy to win just for a change in the WW division.

I want him to loose for the same reason only different. I want to see all the current champions move up a division. BJ's ready, GSP is ready, Silva is ready. I think it would be great if they all moved up at the same time. Any one who can fight their way up and win the strap in the new weight division gets a super fight against the previous champ for a mega PPV blow out.
Lot of people saying Hardy would get "destroy"ed. I don't see how . . . He might get hit some, but IMO he has one of the strongest chins in the business. If Daley can't knock you out--I'm not saying he couldn't, but I'd be surprised--he looks a lot less impressive as a fighter. I think this one would be close.
I'm really excited to see what Hardy does in his career after losing to GSP.
