Ha just being realistic man. Grant can win, he has good jitz and strikes, it's just that Delorme has good takedown strength and top game, I fully expect him to smother Davey on the ground. Delorme is a Bjj brown belt too.
In saying that, I didn't think Bruce Leeroy had any sort of chance against Roland and he won a split. I've seen Grants striking in a couple of local shows a few years ago and I knew before he was on TUF that his standup was decent(despite him mostly winning by submission). If he can keep the fight on the feet he will beat Roland in the standup though IMO.
