The obvious 3 moving on will be Anderson Silva, BJ Penn, and Dominick Cruz...they're widely considered P4P top 10 talent already. It'll be interesting to see how Overeem and Santos do. Same with Pettis.

Cyborg might be the best female fighter but that's like being the best WNBA player. I don't think she even belong in the discussion. I haven't seen anything all that impressive from her in terms of skill. She's pretty much a wild reckless brawler who relies on the fact that she's closer to being a man in terms of strength then a woman. Pettis has far more skills than Cyborg.
