If you have one, whats your one "vice" when trying to stick to a strict diet....something that no matter how hard you try you simply cannot give up eating.
Mines cheese. I love cheese. All kinds. And I eat it a lot. I'm of the mentality that if I cut out 99% of the bad stuff I was eating before and work out regularly, eating cheese cant be that bad

Sweets are my weakness for sure, specifically anything with chocolate in it. Really nothing else unless you count red meat, but I consider that a necessity of life.

Yeah everyone loves beer.
For food I would have to say coney dogs with chili cheese fries. Coneys are a staple of Detroit, and they are honestly the greatest hot dogs on the planet. I usually end up eating coneys at least once a weekend. They are great on Sunday when I'm all hung over.

Chocolate you say? I found this pair of panties here earlier, I'm assuming they're yours?
+1 on the beer. Simply can't let go of that.

Ice Cream.
All my life It's been bad with me.
On a hot night I can blast through a quart of ice cream from the local dairy farm no problem.
Sometimes I refer to my ice cream addiction as "a 3 way with Ben and Jerry".
I balk at a single pint. After my first pint I think of the 2nd pint like an awaiting hostage I'm about to kill.
The other day after a great work out I stopped and got a "frappe float" which was a dark chocolate shake with a big ol' scoop of 'mocha-fudge/brownie/chip' on top. That was 4 days ago and I'm trying very hard not to go back again so soon.
The after effects of processing all that dairy and sugar is a different type of hang over. I would definitely speed up my fitness goals if I could better control this monkey on my back.

I really really love cookies and sweets, but for some reason its been the easiest thing for me to quit since I started dieting about 4 months ago. I still eat them, but it will be a few scoops of ice cream once a month, or maybe a small slice of pie or cake once every month...nothing major. Sorta surprised me...whenever I'm really craving something sweet I'll have some frozen pineapple.

During the summer I combat my sweet cravings with 3-4 whole watermelons a week.
It's a good alternative for the late night munchies.
Many other benefits follow as well with that much melon consuption.
