Do you feel like drinking caffinated beverages hurts your cardio? I drink an average of 2 or 3 caffinated drinks a day. My favorite is probably LO-Carb Monsters. Would my overall cardio get better if I stoped? Also has anyone ever attempted to stop this habit? What are your caffine habits?

I really don't think this would significantly affect your cardio, nor do I think that you are going to get better cardio simply by not drinking them. If you want better cardio you have to run, do burpees, sprint, swim, etc.

I assume the same. Monster would not affect your cardio. I myself am trying to cut down on monster energy drinks. Save 30 dollars a month by doing so. Switched to coffee. I would like to quit all together.
As of lately, I used to drink 2 energy drinks a day. 3 on Friday if I am going out drinking after work.

They may make you feel a little bloated or heavy so cardio (treadmill or swim /etc) won't feel as satisfying..
I'd cut back on those drinks entirely and substitute water and gatorade for work out time..

I want to quit, but cold turkey would be pretty harsh. I am gonna cut back....limit myself to a 1 caffeinated drink a day max and see how it goes. (my cardio is good, but I think these drink are unhealthy and would like to stop)

A cup of coffee / day or in moderate amounts is actually shown to be good for you overall. After all coffee is one of the most antioxidantal substances on earth.
Coffee is shown to reduce/offset the likelihood of cirrhosis of the liver. So, coffee= good for liver health.. (If you're a drinker(casual)).
I'd ditch the Monster drinks, and replace with coffee if still need a fix daily. There are many great studies supporting coffee use as of late.
