Books 3 and 6 were my least favorite. Books 5 and 7 were my favorites.

I found the train station stuff in book 3 to be unnecessarily convoluted. I believe there was even a disclaimer at the start of the book that was like, "it's going to be really convoluted... just roll with it and realize that by the end will make enough sense"

Book 7 is my favorite. I actually liked book 3.

I didn't hate it or anything.

DCC is one of those series where there's not, at least to me, a wide gap between entries.

Dinniman is pretty damn consistent as a writer.
