I couldn't fit all on the poll so just add your fav if it isn't listed above... EG: S&M or Lulu
My personal favourite is the black album, so many amazing songs. Enter Sandman, Sad but True, Wherever I may roam, Nothing else matters.... etc etc... just awesome.
Your thoughts?

And justice for all. Not a big fan of the black album and not because it's not thrash, Death Magnetic was thrashy too and it sucked. Metallica just became the musical equivalent of a big mac.

Master of Puppets. Any answer other than that or "Ride the Lightning" means you're a fruit.

Master of Puppets without a doubt.
Though I hear that secretly Clockwerk loves the Black Album best.

Can a mod see who actually did vote for the Black Album and then publicly shame them?

I love Justice for All and Master of Puppets. Ride the L and Kill them A are great. After that it really isn't Metallica anymore. Black is great and different and allowed alot of posers to become Metallica fans. Load and Re-load and piles of s--- that stink.
They need to get back on the bottle and the drugs and then try another one.

Master of Puppets is my fav, but I've thrown "Blackened," "Harvester of Sorrow," "Frayed Ends of Sanity" and "Dyers Eve" in my workout playlist since I have "Justice" on my iPod.
I saw them live a few years ago (2008), and the only post-black album song they played was "Unforgiven II" -- other than that, it was all Black album and older. Trujillo is a great replacement for Newstead, and they STILL are one of the best bands I've ever seen live.

I think it's awesome, their last 2 albums have been a couple of my favorite next to Puppets and Lightning

Wrong.
Kill'em is also acceptable.
