No, he can't hang with top fighters period. I love Penn, but get real.
Lamas would piece up Penn pretty much everywhere. Fact: Penn winning would be considered a massive upset at this point.

When I read the title I thought they were looking for matchup suggestions. They already do some of these things, they just don't market them that way. Most people assume that when two fighters on losing streaks fight, the loser is getting cut. The third option is pretty common on every card and the fourth one is a TUF finale. :/
The only interesting idea is the second one. Old stars do have some appeal, but a lot of them retired or got cut because they just weren't competitive anymore.

I don't doubt it. I've gotten surveys from them before, and they look just like this. I was just wondering if they actually send random surveys, or if they throw it out there to everyone and see who responds.
The ideas in the survey seemed pretty cool, but like @Reckin007 said, it looked a bit "fan-made" to me.

I wouldn't be against a legends/senior/no longer competitive, division for older fighters. Maybe shorter rounds, and longer breaks between rounds would help the action. Martial art is a life long commitment to many (some?) of these guys and id like to see what styles last.
