Nah, that's real. The man pummeling another man is the boyfriend of the unconscious lady in the ground. It would seem that the man being pummeled slammed the unconscious lady to the ground, knocking her out and sending her boyfriend into a justified rage. Black haired chick appears to be the girlfriend of the man being pummeled and doesn't quite know what to do. Blonde lady wakes up in much confusion, not even knowing where she is at first. When she either realizes or is told the nature of the situation, she gets to work on her attacker who has already been bested by her male companion. Black haired chick sees blonde chick stomping on her almost unconscious boyfriend and she feels like she has to do something, despite clearly having no clue how to fight.

I think that about sums it up.
