Who is your favourite British fighter and why?Just curious as to what the MMA fans outside of the UK think of each one. I know the majority dislike Bisping and alot dislike Hardy. If you like someone not in the list then put that up here too. Thanks

How the hell could you leave by far the most talented British fighter in MMA off the list in Daley? Daley or Bisping by the way.
EDIT: Also, you guy love the name Paul in the UK huh? Kind of like Michael in the US?

i actually like both bisping and hardy. i think i like bisping mostly because everyone else hates him...and i used to really dislike hardy until i watched a couple of interviews and saw what type of guy he is. seems like a solid bloke to me.

As far as fighting and skill levels, I like most UK fighters. And far and away, I think they're pretty good guys overall but there's two guys who I have little respect for as people; Bisping and James McSweeney. I don't hate them or wish them ill, but what I've seen (granted based on partial knowledge and little snippets) I don't think that highly of them as people.
And before you get bothered by that, disliking two out of all the Brit fighters isn't bad. Heck, during TUF US v UK, I thought the UK boys were way classier than a fair number of the Yanks. One of my favourite fighters from the past TUF was Aaron Wilkerson - heck of a kid. My heart really went out to him when he got news of his Nan passing away. I casn think of way more American fighters that fit the not-respected-by-me club. (FYI, this club has little to no influence beyond my sofa or computer chair and even then it's debatable as to its reach)
Point being, nearly all of the fighters I've seen come from the UK are stand up guys and with a few exceptions, are really good fighters or show a lot of potential.

I went with Etim, even if he beat my partner Matt Grice, I think he has a lot of potential.

Rampage. He's not a British fighter you say? He trains almost exclusively in England with Brits. He counts as a British fighter to me.
