I got George becasue he is good at wearing guys down with his dominant grappling and he has crisp and technical striking. Peligrino is so slouch on the ground and g-sot made him look weak. I think he is one of the most underrated fighters out there.

I can't believe how everyone is taking Lauzon so lightly in this fight. The lose to stout was because he came off a major surgery and your first fight back is always a tuff one and I think if you do that fight again Joe takes it. And against Gabe, Joe just looked like a man possessed. Joe's fight, out of 24 only 1 has gone to a Dec, I think joe stops G-Sot in this one.
WAR Lauzon!

this is gonna be such an awesome fight. joe's fight with gabe yeah he totally looked possessed. i wouldnt take joe lightly at all. but g-soti is a beast, could be his legging, i fing um a lil unfair. hahaha, winner of this fight especially soti, should get some title recognition. to me this is a pick um fight. but i do believe g-soti is future lw champ soon

I just think George is a step above Lauzon. He could beat him on the feet or the ground. I expect him to get a win very easily and maybe even a title shot after that

The only advantage Lauzon has in this fight imo is his tenacity - which isn't always an advantage.
Unless he has a fantastic start and gets his momentum early on I think George will take this and make it look easily.
Ken-flo and Stout beat him because they didn't allow him to gain momentum, they shut him down early and go into the rage mode we saw in his last fight.

I'll pick the Greek Australian guy who, frankly, doesn't look Greek nor Australian in my opinion.

George Soti will wreck this kid.
Perhaps against Jens Pulver, Lauzon can pull off a massive upset. But not here. G Soti is on the rise. He is a diligent, hard working, smart and technical fighter -- good both on the ground and with the smitties. Assuming he doesn't get caught -- and its not like J-lo is a bastion of power or anything -- I expect another G Soti clinic.

He looks like Paulo Thiago's uglier step-brother, but I am still a fan!

I've got Lauzon. Just don't think Sots is going to be able to handle him like he has everyone else.

If you were to say holding a VB in one hand a cigarette in the other while riding in a Kangaroos pouch then you would be correct

I want to say Lauzon takes this fight but many people don't realize what a talent Sotiropoulos is. I guess I'll go with my gut and pick Lauzon by split decision, but not boring by no means. This could easily get Fight Of The Night bonus.

As for G Sots vs Lauzon I am really hoping my boy George dominates Joe standing and on the ground, Lauzon is tough though and has good stand up so this fight can go either way. But im tipping it will go something like this..... Joe comes out like a mad man possessed and tries to finish sots quickly, George hangs in there landing counters with his technical stiking before getting the TD and controlling Lauzon until the end of the 1st Rnd. This will repeat until the final bell earning Sots the UD.
