Draw-wise it makes sense.....most casuals have no clue who he is and don't care.

This is true, and given Bellator's promotion of non-legends, it's going to be true after his contract runs out.

Guessing a UFC title doesn't mean what I once did

Expected this kind of move after a few losses sprinkled in there...but five wins in a row and maybe sniffing around the title picture, strange move by Gegard. They must have backed up the Wells Fargo truck for him.

Gegard might make more $ in Bellator but he will fade into obscurity there as well, which kinda sucks. He was just hitting his stride in the UFC.

All of their UFC free agents have been busts so far except Rory.....and he beat Paul Daley, what a massive accomplishment lol.

Talent wise this might the biggest free agent loss ever from the UFC.
Name value, gegard has also been kind of difficult because he has a very reserved personality. There is a reason why I have called him the bed-head assassin, he comes to fight looking like he just woke up. Unless, he is facing a Brazilian and then he gets pissed and motivated.
Coker floundered with Mousasi once and he even held a title for them. I do not see anything revolutionary being done by Coker this time around so as many said, this will only help Mousasi's W/L ratio and bank account. Little to anything else.

Is Mousasi back with the M-1 dickheads? Was the a recommendation by his buddy Fedor? Does Gegard just like Scott Coker better than Dana? Aside from money, these are the main reasons that pop into my head as to why he made this decision.

Yeah, I didn't like him, because for a long time he had a bad habit of taking his foot off the gas when he felt he had the scorecard lead. Him being affiliated with Vadim didn't help my opinion of him either.
