GENESIS 5: TEAMS GRAND SLAM
Master Manifesto & Official Rulebook

ltnrd7.png

Welcome to the fifth evolution. The molten furnace of the past has cooled, hardening into something impenetrable. We have entered THE STRONGHOLD. This is no longer just a forge; it is a high-density structural armory where defensive soundness is verified under immense pressure and only the most unyielding assets survive the stress-testing.

GENESIS 5: ARMOUR is a high-impact, crushing environment. Every pick is a specific layer of your team’s Plate. Every matchup is a ballistic test of your structural integrity. Completely deflect your opponent's weapons to keep the line intact, or see your armor plates shattered and your season compromised by a structural breach.

Below is the official framework, schedule, and scoring logic for Season 5. Review the mechanics. Inspect your rivets. Understand the stakes. The GAUNTLET has been laid down.

I. LEAGUE STRUCTURE & SCHEDULE

II. CORE SCORING & DEFENSIVE MECHANICS

1. "Best Three of Five" Rule

To accommodate real-life schedule conflicts ("weight misses"), a team's Total Points (TP) for any given Head-to-Head matchup will only count the top three scores submitted by its five rostered Players.

1a. Consecutive Weight Miss Protocol (The Alternate Draft Option)

While the "Best Three of Five" rule safely absorbs isolated performance drops or single-round absences, consecutive failures to submit a scorecard threaten the structural integrity of a roster.

Threshold:
If a rostered Player misses weight (fails to submit a scorecard) for two (2) consecutive rounds, they are designated as MIA, and their Team becomes eligible for an emergency Alternate Draft for the following round.

Draft Pool (Availability Dependency):
*This rule operates strictly based on the availability of Spares. Active players within teams, or unassigned league alternates constitute the official Draft Pool.

Calibration Logic:
To maintain competitive parity and fairness to the rest of the league, the Commissioner's Office will evaluate the active *Draft Pool and select the alternate whose Total Points (TP) output and performance metrics most closely mirror those of the missing player.

Roster Status:
Temporary Status: The drafted alternate joins the active roster "strictly for the duration of the designated period, leaving the door open for the original player's return.

Permanent Draft Logic:
Continued non-performance by a third or fourth consecutive round results in a permanent roster forge, locking the alternate into the team structure for the remainder of the seasonal cycle.

1b. Postseason Championship Clause (The Sudden Death Protocol)

Context: The regular season relies on a multi-round buffer (Protocol 1a) to absorb unexpected player absences because time allows for a statistical correction. However, the Postseason/Championship Phase operates under absolute zero-tolerance constraints. Because tournament formats are compressed and carry definitive stakes, waiting for a consecutive multi-round failure completely destroys a team's competitive integrity before a remedy can be issued.

Postseason Operational Jurisdiction:
This clause automatically supersedes Protocol 1a the moment the league transitions out of the Regular Season and enters any officially designated Postseason, Grand Slam Championship, or Bracket Tournament window, regardless of that tournament's specific duration or card count.

Zero-Buffer Threshold:
During the Postseason, the consecutive two-round requirement is completely deactivated. If any rostered Player misses weight (fails to submit a scorecard) for a single (1) round or card within the tournament structure, they are immediately designated as Inactive for the remainder of that specific championship series.

Instant Emergency Draft Rights:
The affected Team immediately yields emergency draft rights. The Commissioner’s Office will instantly activate the Draft Pool to backfill the vacant slot prior to the very next scheduled card of the tournament.

Calibration & Term Lock:
The replacement alternate will be selected from the active Spare pool using the standard parity calibration (matching historical TP metrics as closely as possible to the sidelined player). Once drafted, this roster alteration is locked for the remainder of the active Postseason tournament cycle to ensure a stable finish to the forge.

2. MVP Team Bonus (+10)
Individual performance directly impacts team survival.
  • Award: The MVP Team Bonus (+10) is awarded to the individual Player (out of all 30) who scores the highest in any single Round.
  • Incentive: The winner's team receives a +10 point bonus added to their Total Cumulative Score (TP) for the round.
  • Team Cap: Each team is limited to one MVP Team Bonus per round. If multiple players on the same team tie for the highest league score, that team only receives +10 total.
  • Multi-Team Ties: If players from different teams tie for the high score, each of those qualifying teams receives a +10 bonus.

III. LIVE-MOTION POWER RANKINGS

Victory Point (VP) System
The standings are prioritized by competitive consistency (VP), ensuring Head-to-Head defensive wins are rewarded above simple point farming. The final Power Rankings at the conclusion of Round 5 determine seed placement for the Finals.

Sorting Logic:
Teams are ranked following every round using the following mandatory progression:
  1. Victory Points (VP): (Win: +2 VP, Draw: +1 VP, Loss: 0 VP).
  2. Total Points (TP): The sum of a team's active scores each round, plus any earned MVP Bonuses (+10).
  3. Round Robin Tiebreaker: The result of the direct Head-to-Head matchup between the tied units.

Championship Seeding — Structural Breakdown Protocol:
Should an absolute deadlock occur in VP, TP, and Head-to-Head metrics at the close of the 5-round regular season phase, the ultimate tiebreakers activate:
  • HSP Rule (Highest Scoring Player): The team boasting the single highest-scoring individual player (The Sniper) from the final regular season round (Round 5) will be awarded the higher seed.
  • Anchor Fail-safe: If still deadlocked, the individual player with the highest cumulative point total across all five regular season rounds will serve as the final unyielding anchor, securing the higher seed for their squad.

How to Read the Board:
Every update features a momentum arrow and a color-coded pulse to show rank changes:
  • ● UP: Your unit has advanced up the rankings line.
  • ● DOWN: Your structural integrity dropped in rank.
  • ● STATIC: Your configuration defended its position.

Power Ranking Template
⬆️ ● UP Team Name (T#) — W-L-D | [00] VP | [000] TP (In Contention)
⬆️ ● UP Team Name (T#) — W-L-D | [00] VP | [000] TP (In Contention)

⬇️ ● DOWN Team Name (T#) — W-L-D | [00] VP | [000] TP ( Incineration Risk)

IV. ELITE 5 & THE BMF TITLE

Elite 5 Protocol:
The individual leaderboard is capped strictly at the top 5 highest-scoring individuals in the league. If your structural output does not place you in the absolute upper tier of the Stronghold, you do not exist on the asset chart.

G5 BMF Champion / Buster Sword Presentation:
The #1 individual point leader across the division at the conclusion of the 5 regular season rounds will be officially awarded the Buster Sword and crowned the BMF Champion of GENESIS 5.

BMF CONTENDER: Player Name (Team #)
RANK 01. Player Name (Team #) — 000 TP
RANK 02. Player Name (Team #) — 000 TP
RANK 03. Player Name (Team #) — 000 TP
RANK 04. Player Name (Team #) — 000 TP
RANK 05. Player Name (Team #) — 000 TP
— BMF Cut-off —

V. IRON LUNG AWARD (Seasonal Depth Engine)

Core Depth Validation:
The Structural Reality: In top-tier matchups, frontline stars often negate one another's impact. Deflection and survival will be secured by the deep structural layers that prove an engine can carry a championship load under sustained fire. The Iron Lung is a single, prestigious seasonal armor modification awarded once per seasonal cycle to the first depth asset to trigger the protocol once the operational window is breached.

Criteria: If an individual player is sitting completely outside of the Top 10 in the individual season standings, but delivers a Top 3 individual high score for that specific round across the entire league, they permanently claim the hardware.

Activation Sequence (4-Round Calibration):
The operational window remains deadlocked through the early phase of the schedule to allow the standings to fully harden. The protocol officially unlocks immediately following Round 3. The hardware goes live and is officially up for grabs starting in Round 4, when a verified structural catalyst will claim the prize.

VI. CHAMPIONSHIP FINALS & THE INCINERATION RISK

Seeding Distribution:
The top four configurations in the finalized regular season standings advance to the medal matches to secure seasonal honors.

Gold Medal Shield Match: Seed #1 vs. Seed #2
Bronze Medal Match: Seed #3 vs. Seed #4

The Absolute Purge (Incineration Risk):
Configurations that fail to maintain their bracing layers and fall to the bottom two slots (Seeds 5 & 6) are flagged with active INCINERATION RISK. The weak links will be cut from the division line entirely at the conclusion of the round-robin schedule—purged before the final tournament matches can even commence.

So now is it the 4 highest scores that count?

Sticking with the Best of Three Rule for now is the safest play for giving all teams fair play I think.

As there are a few players from various teams, that may be pulled away from FF.😢

To stay aligned with the League's goal of keeping this tournament about Scores and not about weight misses, The Best of Three Rule, keeps the focus on High Scores/Scoring. 🙂

Revisiting the Rule when things settle is the fairest play for everyone.

But yea, I would definitely like to use the Top 4 scores right away.

GENESIS 5: ARMOUR - ROUND HYPE

ROUND 1: STRESS-TESTING THE NEW CONSTRUCTS

q49u99.png

THE GAUNTLET BEGINS

Welcome back to the Stronghold, combatants.

The blast furnaces are fired up, the Octagon schedule is locked, and the high-density structural armory of GENESIS 5: ARMOUR is officially open for business. Round 1 drops us straight into the furnace on September 5, 2026, as UFC Paris (Hooker vs. Parnasse) serves as our inaugural stress-test.

Five rounds. Zero breathing room. Every single matchup this season is a heavy-impact collision designed to test the ballistic resistance of your roster. Either your defensive plate holds, or your structural integrity shatters under the pressure.

MATCHUP SPOTLIGHT: T3 CASTAWAYS vs T6 MERCENARIES

T3 CASTAWAYS (@ABB, @Eranys, @Tito Orcheese, @Gorillapunt, @FunnyHoneyBunny)
vs.
T6 MERCENARIES (@motives, @Ufcfan_1, @cmvideo75, @Tosh, @MrAllen)

Two brand-new operational constructs. Ten veterans and newcomers mixed into completely untested dynamic frames. Neither roster has fought a single sanctioned round under these specific banners, making this opening bout a true war of attrition and assembly.

The Castaways' Frame:
Led by foundational anchors like @ABB and @Eranys, alongside proven firepower in @Tito Orcheese, T3 enters Round 1 with a point to prove. Rebuilt from the ground up, their structural plating relies heavily on immediate cohesion. If @Gorillapunt and @FunnyHoneyBunny find their rhythm early, T3’s defensive shield will deflect the heaviest hits T6 can throw. But in their first outing together, any lack of synergy could result in early armor fractures.

The Mercenaries' Blueprint:
T6 comes into the Gauntlet with an equally lethal blend of battle-tested experience and raw potential. With @motives, @Ufcfan_1, and @cmvideo75 anchoring the core, supported by @Tosh and @MrAllen, the Mercenaries are built like a mobile artillery unit. They don't care about team history—they care about raw output and high-impact conversion. Their objective is simple: breach T3’s outer perimeter before the Castaways can harden their core.

ROUND 1 MATHEMATICAL STAKES

First Blood (2 VP): Starting 1-0 with 2 Victory Points on the board sets the baseline frame for the entire regular season.

The MVP Team Bonus (+10 TP): A single explosive performance from any of the 30 league combatants drops a massive +10 Total Point bonus into their team's cumulative bank.

Incineration Avoidance: A heavy loss in Round 1 immediately forces a team into defensive stress-testing, risking early exposure at the bottom of the standings.

GENESIS 5: ARMOUR — SEASON LAUNCH
Structural Audit & Historical Output Projections

THE ARMORY: STRUCTURAL STRESS-TESTING

The Octagon doors are preparing to slam shut once again as the Stronghold opens its gates for GENESIS 5: ARMOUR. The slate is wiped clean, but historical combat metrics never lie. As all six tactical units prepare to step into the blast furnace of the Gauntlet, every roster has undergone structural audits.

With off-season reshuffles, roster swaps, and high-impact transfers, this season is built around pure ballistic resistance. Win or lose, every team's Plate will be stress-tested to its absolute breaking point over the five-round round-robin schedule. The margin for structural failure is zero.

TEAMS ON FIRE: T5 THE HORSEMEN vs T2 CAN OPENERS

ROUND 1 FEATURED COLLISION: T2 CAN OPENERS vs T5 THE HORSEMEN

If you are looking for the absolute highest density of scoring firepower in the Stronghold, look no further than the Week 1 showdown between T2 Can Openers and T5 The Horsemen.

The Horsemen (2,898 Combined G4 TP) enter G5 as the most lethal unit on paper. Boasting four Top-10 individual scorers from last season—@Phatphil88 (604 TP), @Kylesid (596 TP), @CHP (582 TP), and @jaysumz (579 TP)—alongside Trig (537 TP), their baseline firepower under the 'Best Three of Five' rule is terrifyingly high.

However, Can Openers (2,664 Combined G4 TP) bring an unyielding wall of armor into this opening match. With veteran @philh4 (formerly skullcracker4hire, 599 TP) re-anchoring the lineup alongside @Kumason (594 TP) and @MMAFTM13 (568 TP), plus reliable core depth from @Strez (478 TP) and @Smartigan (425 TP), this match represents an immovable object meeting an unstoppable force.

G5 ROSTER AUDIT: TEAM-BY-TEAM LOCKED & LOADED

pk0fj7.png

T5: THE HORSEMEN — The Absolute Powerhouse
Roster: @Trig (537) | @Phatphil88 (604) | @jaysumz (579) | @Kylesid (596) | @CHP (582)
G4 Cumulative TP: 2,898 TP (Top 3 Core Output: 1,782 TP)

Audit: On paper, this is a stacked super-team. They hold four of the Top 10 scoring players from G4. Under the "Best Three of Five" scoring rule, their top 3 baseline deflects almost any incoming fire. Their Plate is heavily armored.

T2: CAN OPENERS — The Balanced Veteran Lineup
Roster: @Kumason (594) | @MMAFTM13 (568) | @Strez (478) | @Smartigan (425) | @philh4 (599)
G4 Cumulative TP: 2,664 TP (Top 3 Core Output: 1,761 TP)

Audit: @Kumason and @MMAFTM13 lead a stable ship, but swapping the skullcracker4hire persona for @philh4 keeps 599 TP right in the core. They possess five proven veterans with virtually no structural weak points in their rotation.

T1: MEGALODON — Heavy Top-End & Ballistic Anchor
Roster: @Fight Magnet (601) | @Troop (576) | @Rickyc123 (575) | @coreymb (307) | @Firehose (303)
G4 Cumulative TP: 2,362 TP (Top 3 Core Output: 1,752 TP)

Audit: Megalodon features an elite, unyielding top-three Trident. However, @coreymb and @Firehose absorbed heavy damage in G4. Megalodon’s success hinges on whether their top 3 can consistently cover the spread or if their lower seeds can harden their armor.

T4: SALT & PEPPA — The BMF Champ & The High-Floor Core
Roster: @Webble (623) | @nubbynub76 (522) | @LoneCowboy (503) | @Xamot (255) | @Nastycrow (Transfer)
G4 Known TP: 1,903 TP (+ Nastycrow)

Audit: Anchored by G4 BMF Champion @Webble (623 TP), Salt & Peppa boasts strong mid-tier consistency. If @Xamot elevates his output, @nubbynub76 doesn't shit the bed, or @Nastycrow brings heavy artillery from the singles circuit, they will be an absolute menace in the Gauntlet.

T3: CASTAWAYS — Precision Core & Double Wildcard
Roster: @ABB (594) | @Eranys (576) | @Tito Orcheese (575) | @Gorillapunt (New) | @FunnyHoneyBunny (New)
G4 Known TP: 1,745 TP (from just 3 players)

Audit: The 3 returning players average an elite 581.6 TP per asset. With two new additions (@Gorillapunt & @FunnyHoneyBunny), the Castaways have arguably the highest ceiling or highest variance depending on their new recruits. A massive stress test awaits.

T6: MERCENARIES — The Alpha Catalyst & Rebuild
Roster: @motives (614) | @MrAllen (479) | @cmvideo75 (344) | @Ufcfan_1 (New) | @Tosh (New)
G4 Known TP: 1,437 TP (+ Ufcfan_1 & Tosh)

Audit: Led by G4 overall runner-up motives, the Mercenaries feature high individual upside but need @Ufcfan_1 and @Tosh to hit the ground running to avoid heavy reliance on motives' single-handed output.

ROUND 1 MATCHUP PREVIEWS

CLASH 1: T3 CASTAWAYS vs T6 MERCENARIES
Castaways return a hyper-efficient three-man hardened core, facing a revamped Mercenaries squad led by Alpha asset motives. If Mercenaries' new transfers deliver early output, they could spearhead a major Week 1 structural breach.

CLASH 2: T2 CAN OPENERS vs T5 THE HORSEMEN
The battle for early league dominance. Horsemen bring raw cumulative firepower, but Can Openers possess five proven veterans. An immovable object meeting an unstoppable force in the center of the Stronghold.

CLASH 3: T1 MEGALODON vs T4 SALT & PEPPA
Megalodon features a brutal top-end Trident with Fight Magnet, Troop, and Rickyc123. They clash with Salt & Peppa, anchored by reigning G4 BMF Champion Webble. Can Webble's individual brilliance and Salt & Peppa's depth crack Megalodon's top-heavy armor?
