Go to their website, click on Events, and there you will see Alistair V. Brett, May 15th, and you will also see that Brett Rogers has a record of 11-1.
He's 10-1.
Details matter Coker.

It was probably a typo. I don't think this was topic-worthy. Not trying to be all mean.

Of course it is a typo. That's my point. If SF cared a bit more, showed more professionalism then maybe:
* their website wouldn't seem so amateurish
* the CBS fiasco could have been avoided
* fights wouldn't be announced days before the event
* Alistair would have been stripped of his belt
* the Fedor nonsense would be settled by now, one way or the other

would that be the same as going to the UFC website and seeing Shane Carwin listed as 6'5" when he barely tops the 6' mark?

Or how about going to the UFC website and seeing that Joe Riggs beat himself at UFC 49

Well maybe Joe looked into the ring girls' dressing room while they were changing. That would probably cause me to beat myself too

While this is likely a typo, and IMO no big deal, I would be more concerned about: one, their course of action to discipline the Gracie Team for the Nashville Brawl, and two: why it took them so long to replace King Mo with Mousasi as the LHW Champion.

Yeah, they are about equal. Actually, I often wonder why the F*** the UFC doesn't have PICTURES for all of its fighters. If you are good enough to sign a contract, aren't you good enough to have your goddam photo taken?
I shake my head a lot at MMA in general (Strikeforce, UFC and Dream). My interest definitely piqued in 2009 and now is waning.

Not only did he beat himself, he tkoed himself. That's a hard fought victory right there. I wonder if he got fight of and knock out of the night bonuses for that ?

If I were you, I'd be so outraged that I stopped posting at this site for good.

Exactly what I was thinking. Plenty of SF haters around, which is fine, but this particular item is a real stretch.

Happens all the time in MMA....go to UFC's website and you will see many fighters who's records are different than what they really are. Same thing happens on Sherdog, and even on fighters own websites. In the case of Rogers and the Strikeforce website I'm guessing it's just a simple typo, if you email them they'd probably fix it.
You're probably right though, no ones going to watch any other Strikeforce events because they made a small typo on their website that 99.9% of the general population will never even notice. It's offical....Strikeforce is dead because of this!
