I think he should stay right where he was. He was amazing in his last fight, not too many other fighters in LW could of held in there like he did after taking a whooping like that. Guida isn't done yet, he'll be back and better then ever learning from this fight!

I agree 100%, it's not like Guida was overpowered by Sanchez, he just got outclassed by a guy who had more tools at his disposal.

Its the second fight in a row in which he's struggled against a guy with significantly longer reach. Then again, Guida started having success with his striking in the third round when Diego was tired and sloppy. If that was a 5-round fight, he might very well have taken it. Everybody he fights at the top of the division is going to have a longer reach; Penn, Florian, Sanchez.
As i said in another post he should definitely go down to 145 hes only 5'7 and constantly has problems with people who have better reach, Diego+Diaz whooped his *** standing in big part to the reach advantage i think he would be a monster at 145 where there wont be such a reach advantage from pretty much anyone not to mention he could just toss everyone and i do mean everyone like rag dolls at that weight.
Forgot to mention if he went to the WEC im pretty damn sure he would get a title shot immediately.

Height is something he's going to have to deal with if he wants to fight. There are still some tall guys in buck45 div.
Guida pulls in too much money for the UFC, the WEC is not PPV and Guida never disappoints. It would be too much of a loss to let him move down in weight, even though they own the WEC, they will make more money off of him. Guida could lose 5 fights in a row and still be on the main card due to his power to constantly entertain. He would be stud at 145, but it wont happen.

His hair really does affect his vision because he's always having to move his hair out of his face. Maybe not shave it just cut it so he can see better.
